At our company, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our electric vehicle chargers and accessories. We partner with trusted couriers such as Uber Connect (Same-Day Package Delivery), Aramex, FedEx Express, Middle East Shipping, Bosta and Cairo Express… etc. to ensure timely shipments across Egypt.

Delivery in Egypt
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days across Egypt. Shipping costs vary by governorate and are set by the shipping companies. These costs are always displayed clearly to customers before confirming their order. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance in such cases. The delivery timeframe for some items may vary depending on size, weight, or availability. A shipping quote is generated at checkout based on address details, but may be adjusted if the actual shipment weight differs. Customers are always informed before final processing.

Shipping Address & Verification
Customers must provide accurate and complete address details to avoid delays. If the delivery address is changed after dispatch, additional courier charges may apply. Upon delivery, customers may be required to present valid photo identification (National ID, driving license, or passport). For orders paid by credit card, ID details must match the cardholder information.

Customs
For shipments within Egypt, no customs charges apply.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Once goods are signed for, claims for damages will not be accepted.
